1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • All tags and accessories are intact

Items that are used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Gift cards

  • Products marked as non-returnable

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale events

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Exchange Policy

We may offer exchanges for eligible products based on stock availability. Please contact us to initiate an exchange request.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
